ELCA trip to Japan

In April, Peter Berg was able to experience wonderful gardens and parks in Japan. During this year’s trip organised by the European Landscape Contractors Association (ELCA), the group visited outstanding projects of Japanese horticultural art in Tokyo and the old imperial city of Kyoto. The representatives of the European Landscape Contractors Association had the opportunity to become acquainted with this special philosophy of horticulture over an eightday period. It proved to be an emotional experience particularly for Peter Berg, as he was once allowed to learn from a Japanese master.
