Life & Living Award 2026

Once again this year, the Life & Living Award highlights which brands and companies in the home, living and garden sectors impress customers. For the seventh time, the German Institute for Service Quality and ntv are honouring the best providers across numerous categories.

A total of 43,826 customer responses were received as part of a representative consumer survey conducted via an online panel. The focus was, on the one hand, on overall satisfaction with the brand or company, which is determined by factors such as trust, value for money, customer service, product range, image and the quality of the product or service.

Bianca Möller, Managing Director of the German Institute for Service Quality, sums up: “Overall, the results paint a positive picture of the sectors assessed. Around 84 per cent of respondents would recommend their providers or brands to others. Customer loyalty is even more pronounced: around 91 per cent would choose the same brand or provider again in future.”

We are delighted with the positive customer feedback and the award at this year’s Life & Living Awards.
