Ordering information
Once you have placed a chargeable order, payment is made by invoice, which we will send to you by email. We charge 7.00 euros for postage and packaging; for deliveries to Austria and Switzerland, the charge is 14.00 euros.

General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
For orders placed in the GartenLandschaft Shop, these General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively in the version current at the time the contract is concluded. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions. Any deviating agreements must be made in writing.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but is to be understood as an invitation to the customer to make an offer themselves. The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order, either by sending an order confirmation by email, fax or post, or directly by dispatching the ordered goods. An automatically generated order confirmation by email does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but merely confirms that the order has been received. GartenLandschaft reserves the right not to accept orders.
The language of the contract, orders and business dealings is German.
3. Right of withdrawal in distance selling
The withdrawal period for a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) following the conclusion of a distance selling contract is 7 working days. In the case of deliveries of goods, it begins upon receipt of the goods by the consumer. The day on which the period commences (conclusion of the contract or receipt by the customer) is not included. Withdrawal may be effected without giving reasons, in writing by email, fax or letter to the contact details provided below, or by returning the goods within the withdrawal period to the address below.

In the event of a valid cancellation, the services received by both parties must be returned on a like-for-like basis. A refund of the purchase price will only be made if the goods are in an unused and resalable condition. If the customer is unable to return the goods received, either in full or in part, or can only return them in a deteriorated condition, a reasonable fee will be charged to cover the loss in value.
The customer shall bear the postage costs for returns resulting from a valid cancellation.
4. Prices and Terms of Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are gross prices, inclusive of statutory VAT but exclusive of any costs incurred in connection with dispatch.
Payment is to be made on receipt of an invoice.
5. Delivery and Postage Costs
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Postage costs are based on the current postal rates. The final delivery charges will be communicated to the customer in a final cost summary before the order is dispatched.
Delivery is carried out by DHL. Dispatch normally takes place within 7 working days of receipt of the order.
6. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply unless expressly agreed otherwise.
7. Data Protection
Personal data is collected, processed and used exclusively in accordance with statutory provisions. The data provided when placing an order is stored and processed solely for the purposes of customer records.
Customer data is not passed on to third parties, unless this is absolutely necessary for the fulfilment of the contract (e.g. dispatch).
