Natural stone in the garden

For thousands of years, the landscape, architecture and mentality of each region has, in part, been shaped by its native stone. Therefore, garden designers need to have a deep understanding of the nature, origin, processing and installation of this unique material to be able to use natural stone to its best advantage. The book provides insight into a wide variety of styles and shares the correct way to use this valuable and sustainable material for walls, paths, stairs, stone placement, pavilions, terraces, seating areas and accessories.
